Do you give refunds?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do offer exchanges only to customers who were sent the wrong item(s) AND who also notifies us about the wrong item(s) within 5 days of the “Delivered” confirmation sent through the tracking number provided by us. ALL EXCHANGES FOR WRONG ITEMS WILL BE VERIFIED PRIOR TO APPROVAL. Customers are financially responsible for returning the item(s) back to us. Shipping fees are not refunded. Item(s) can only be exchanged for the correct item(s) ordered.
What are the qualifications for exchanges?
The item(s) must be in their ORIGINAL packaging. It must be unopened, unused, unworn, NO CHEMICALS on it, not damaged and have ALL labels/stickers/tags intact.
ANY item(s) suspected of being worn, used, damaged, etcetera, prior to asking for an exhange will be denied an exchange AND that customer will no longer be able to shop with us. We take cleanliness and honesty SERIOUSLY.
In order to process an exchange, we must be notified within 5 days of the “DELIVERED” date provided with the tracking number that we provide to you. We track ALL items once their shipped.
My item(s) arrived damaged. What do I do?
First at foremost, we do apologize for the inconvenience. Before packaging our items and shipping to our customers, we ensure that ALL items are intact and ready for use by our customers upon receipt. However, if you have received any damaged items, you must contact the shipping carrier as we are not responsible for ANY damages once we have shipped them. No refunds/exchanges will be given.
I did not receive my package. What now?
We do apologize for you not recieving your package. However, once all packages have been shipped, we are not responsible for lost/missing packages. You must contact the shipping carrier as soon as you notice that your package is missing/lost. Also, during checkout, PLEASE make sure that shipping and billing addresses are correct. Also, please ensure that we have the correct email address on file for you. Once we provide you with your Tracking Number, you must check continuously to ensure receipt of your package. No refunds/exchanges will be given.
My package was stolen. What now?
We deeply apologize for the terrible inconvenience and moreover, the invasion of your property and personal space. Upon receipt of an OFFICIAL police report AND confirmation report of your package being reported stolen from the shipping carrier, we’ll gladly offer you a discount off your future purchase with us. However, we are not responsible for ANY stolen item(s) or packages. No refunds/exchanges will be given.
